CatTamboo's operations continue but delivery times may be longer than usual.

 

1. Can I place an order? Will CatTamboo deliver the package?

Yes, however, delivery times may be longer than usual.  Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

2. Can I still make returns?

Returns are accepted if you pay shipping and the product arrives in a resale condition.  If your order was damaged in the mail, please don’t stress. All orders are insured via the postal service.  Simply email us a picture showing the damage. Be sure to photograph the damaged toys and the damaged packaging. Please be sure the mailing address and the postage stamp are visible in the photo. Submit pictures to CatTamboo@gmail.com so they can be processed for a replacement. 3. What if my product is damaged in the mail?
